Check your Work!
Do you blog? Do you have a website? Do you post regularly to sites like Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter etc? If you are posting written content, may I kindly suggest that you PROOF your work before posting! All too often, I read articles or posts that have misspelled words. This is a REAL pet peeve of mine! I mean, if you are in a hurry to post on your blog just to make sure you have content available, it just might be time to turn that task over to someone else. Clearly you are too busy. If you are posting articles hoping to attract clients, please take a few extra minutes to proof your work BEFORE you upload that post. For example, if I were a client looking for a product or a service, and upon reading your article or post I noticed several grammatical mistakes, I'd really think twice before using your services. Maybe I'm too critical, but I take my business seriously. Now I'm not saying that you don't, I'm merely suggesting that this might be an area that you want to outsource. If nothing else, BEFORE you upload content, why not have an extra set of eyes proofread your work. Sometimes you can look right at a sentence and it looks completely fine, and someone else reads it and immediately finds the mistake. I know, it's happened to me!! Anyway, thanks for letting me vent!

Personal Style
Over the past several days, I've been working on re-inventing my website. Not the content or the nature of my business, just the presence I wish to convey when someone visits my site!
That being said, this is an ongoing task. One I was, at one time, not willing to take the time to invest to keep my website looking fresh and interesting.
I have a screen shot of my old website; along side of the new one which I just published over the weekend. I'd like you opinion. Which one would you "click through" to see more info; the first screen shot is of the OLD website; the second screen shot is the REVISED website. Which one do you prefer? I have also revised my menu pages as well. I was looking for a "flow" and I believe the latest version has a smooth flow to it. I'm still working on refining the site, but I've been told that this is an ongoing, never ending process. It's a journey, and I'm enjoying EVERY minute of it!
I would like to expand my menu of services to offer website design and set up to new clients who are looking for a fresh new approach to their business!
If you liked my design, and know of someone who might benefit from my services, visit my website at www.cloudclerical.com or email me at info@cloudclerical.com for more information!
Thanks for taking the time today to review my work!
Have a great week!

A Cool Summer!
Well, summer is over. Kids are back in school, and the weather is starting to change. That being said, what exciting things did you do this past summer?
Did you travel to exotic lands? Did you take that much needed "vaca" and relax on the beach? Maybe a hike through the Grand Canyon?
My summer was not quite as adventurous!
I spent the majority of my summer, at my desk, working AND watching web classes! I've become HOOKED on these learning modules from the Adobe website, CreativeLive! WOW. The past two months has been jam packed with tons of learning and teaching, everything from Photosphop, InDesign, Illustrator, and other great apps to learning how to market your business through the use of social media. And not just Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn; but also Pinterest, Instagram, and Google+, and how to effectively use your website to drive traffic to you!
So, now that summer has left us and it's back to "business as usual" I am ready to tackle new business clients and new business projects!
If you have a graphic design need, want a logo, looking to spruce up your website, or would like info on ways to increase your business, stop by my business website at www.cloudclerical.com and let me know how I can help you!
Have a great fall!!
