Trying Out Another Great Recipe

Last Sunday, I attempted another one of my favorites!  Paula Deen had a great carrot cake recipe on one of her recent shows "Paulas Best Dishes" on the Food Network.  I wasn't sure I could pull this off; but my first attempt, I must say, was pretty successful!  It was so darn rich, but delicious all the same!
